Chassis is space frame with ERW tube and main tube roll bar centre area to approved RAC spec.
Utilising the original Pantera main chassis lay out but with Space Frame additions rather than mono form steel panel. We apply our engineering, fabrication and technical expertise gained from over 30 years in the replica vehicle market. A stainless-steel floor plate is added to protect the underside and sealed with lifelong product. The chassis itself is cleaned and then powder coated to satin black.
Suspension design is similar to double A Arm original Pantera however made differently and upgraded for Rod ends and later uprights. Full adjustable wishbone suspension arms made from CDS TUBE and threaded bushes TIG welded and then polished and NICKEL plated. Rod ends and hi spec bearings are used. No Rubber bushes or top ball jointed rear. Anti-roll bars Adjustable front and rear anti roll bars as standard giving the option for fast road or track use. Uprights Alloy uprights front and rear with heavy duty bearings. We use later C V Joints and specially made drive shafts which are not same as original however perform better. Knock on 6 pin drive or 5 stud bolt on wheel hubs can be supplied.
Brand new steering rack to our design and poly urethane mounting bushes. Our manufactured steering column and quality intermediate shaft UJs. Braking was poor on the original Pantera. We offer a quality solution of Four or Six Pot calipers and larger discs and four pot rear handbrake caliper options. Made to order wiring / Fuel tanks / Seats / Glass / interior / panels interior / exhaust system / IVA specific items for Road registration.
